Shipping policy

Our products are shipped via UPS with dry ice to safely transport the meat. All items to be shipped will be charged a shipping fee. Your order shipped frozen and should arrive frozen. We pack our boxes to make sure they stay safe in transit, and we take additional measures to make sure your meat stays safe in warmer climates and seasons. Occasionally shipping delays and extreme heat may begin raising the temp of your meat slightly, but rest assured, we have done our best to make sure your meat is a safe temperature when it arrives.
